Why I Started This Practice

I created Hope & Balance Bookkeeping because I saw too many small businesses struggling with:

  • confusing reports

  • a revolving door of support staff

I wanted to offer something better — an experience grounded in trust, transparency, accuracy, and calm.

Outside of Bookkeeping

I’m based in Michigan, and when I’m not keeping books in order, you’ll usually find me at dog sports competing in agility and K9 disc league. I believe life should feel aligned, steady, and meaningful — and bookkeeping is my way of helping business owners achieve that same sense of balance.
